What makes your shirts so incredibly delicious?

Our team has many years of experience making t-shirts and we have come up with our own special recipe to treat the fabric and provide a fit and feel that is both appealing and comfortable to wear.

How do your shirts fit?

We love food and we hope you do too, so we made our shirts contemporary yet roomy.  Our women’s shirts are designed to fit loose and comfortable.  Our men’s shirts are true to sizing standards, but fit the way most high-end brands do on the arms for that modern look. We aim to please in terms of comfort so if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it any time as long as it is in its original condition.

Where are your products made?

We make the majority of our products in the USA by working with a number of talented cutting, sewing, dyeing and printing facilities throughout Los Angeles, California.  We use nothing but the most delicious fabrics we can find.  A few of the products made abroad usually get printed or decorated in the USA.  We operate our own manufacturing supply chain and all of our factories are required to comply with labor, ethical and environmental standards.

What is the best way to take care of my Flavour Gallery shirts?

Just follow the directions found on each garment or accessory and you will be good to go. Our suggestion is to wash everything in cold water and tumble dry on low or medium and remove before you overcook your shirts in the dryer.

How quickly can I get my order?

Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays).  Please allow up to 3 days to ship orders during certain seasons.

Next day and 2 Day orders must be placed by 1:00PM EST to arrive on time.

Please allow extra time for orders that contain PRE-ORDER or MADE TO ORDER items.  Reference notes in product descriptions for details of the expected timeline.

All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes).

Flavour Gallery does not  ship every order out on the same day it is placed (although we usually do our best to do so).  However, if you have any special requests or urgent needs, it is best you call us directly at +1-888-366-3848 or email us at orders@flavourgallery.com, so we can make the necessary arrangements to help you out.

What happens if I need to return an item because I am not satisfied or it does not fit the way I imagined?

Our company appreciates your business and support and wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with any purchase you make through our web site.

We will provide a refund and/or exchange within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is in its original condition (i.e. unwashed or unworn) and a valid order number is provided. To exchange or return an item simply ship it back to our corporate warehouse:

We will cover the cost of freight for any outbound shipments going back to you with any new item(s). As a result of international customs regulations, we cannot cover the outbound shipping expenses on International returns and/or exchanges.

If you received any Flavour Gallery products as a gift, we will gladly provide you with a gift exchange, but cannot issue a refund for cash value.

Items purchased at an event cannot be returned for any reason - all sales are considered final. Items may only be exchanged on site the day(s) of the event.

I received a Flavour Gallery item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it. What do I do?

Please call one of our Customer Service Chefs at +1-888-366-3848.  We will do everything possible to make sure you get taken care of or your next meal is on us!

I purchased a Flavour Gallery item onsite at an event and would like to return or exchange it. What do I do?

Items purchased at an event cannot be returned for any reason - all sales are considered final.  Items may only be exchanged on site the day(s) of the event.

We do our best to answer every call every time during our local business hours. You should leave a voicemail, expect to receive a call back shortly from one of Customer Service reps. We do not want you to wait long for an answer so we will get back to you regarding your inquiry as quickly as possible.
